SHAMSHABAD: Congress star campaigner and Telangana campaign committee chairperson Vijayashanti on Saturday charged PM Modi of terrorising people and that many were seeing him as a terrorist because of his actions. She made the comment minutes before Congress president Rahul Gandhi launched the party’s poll campaign in Telangana at a party workers’ meeting near Hyderabad.
With Rahul seated on stage, she said, “It’s a war between Congress and BJP, and a contest is between Rahul Gandhi and Narendra Modi. While Modi's goal is autocracy, Rahul’s soul is democracy. Modi is murdering democracy by ruling as a dictator. The PM is terrorising the people of the country. Right from demonetisation to GST and Pulwama, Modi has been terrorising people on all issues. Modi looks like a terrorist because of his acts.”
The one-time Telugu actress launched a tirade against KCR, stating he was purchasing Congress MLAs.
