ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) R&B Singer R.
Kelly was released from jail on Saturday after posting bail.
As he left, he told supporters, "I promise you, we're going to straighten all this stuff out." Kelly was taken into custody earlier in the week after a court hearing in Chicago in which he was ordered to pay $161,663 in child support he owes, according to a Cook County sheriff's spokesman.
His attorney Steve Greenberg was with Kelly when he was released.
Kelly was detained hours after CBS News aired an interview with the singer in which he lashed out against charges that he had sexually assaulted teenage girls.
