Woman found hanging at husband’s house
tnn | Mar 10, 2019, 04:04 ISTThiruvananthapuram: In a suspected case of suicide, a 25-year-old woman was found hanging at her husband’s residence at Vallakkadavu under Valiyathura police station limits.
Amina, wife of Ejaz, is the deceased.
Valiyathura police said the BTech graduate was found hanging in the bathroom using a shawl around 9.30pm on Friday. She was immediately rushed to Ananthapuri Hospital nearby. But, she died around 1.45am on Saturday.
Amina is the daughter of Zakir Hussain and Anila. She had been married for the past two years, said police.
The couple do not have children. The body of the deceased was handed over to the family after postmortem examination.
