Will Stormy Daniels Have to Repay Former Trump Lawyer Michael Cohen $130,000?

Stormy Daniels may have to repay Michael Cohen $130,000 after a federal judge’s ruling on a nondisclosure agreement.????In Los Angeles, Judge S.

James Otero dismissed the adult film star’s lawsuit against President Trump.????The Central District of California judge ruled that the suit was irrelevant since Trump and his former attorney Michael Cohen rescinded the NDA that Daniels signed in exchange for the hush money payment.????Daniels was seeking to have the courts declare the $130,000 payment illegal so that she could speak publicly about the alleged affair which President Trump denies took place.????After the ruling, both sides claimed victory…????Charles Harder, Trump’s attorney in the matter, told the Los Angeles Times that “...the President has achieved total victory”????Also referring to a ruling last year in a separate defamation suit against Trump where Daniels was also ordered to pay $293,000 in legal fees ????When speaking to the LA Times, Harder said Daniels had yet to pay those fees and that Trump has no plans to ask Cohen for the $130,000 should Daniels be forced to reimburse Cohen.????Daniels tweeted that she previously faced a $20 million lawsuit over the NDA and after the ruling added “Glad I stood my ground and kept fighting”
