LUDHIANA: BJP's woman councillor Annie Sikka honoured women sweepers in her ward on the occasion of Women's Day on Friday. She said the women these days need not feel inferior to their male counterparts.
The BJP councillor from ward number 79 said, "These sweepers are performing their duties with full dedication and are helping us in keeping the area clean so I decided to honour these ladies."
