Bhopal: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will soon be seen doing branding of Madhya Pradesh, said Chief Minister Kamal Nath here on Wednesday. Salman belonged to Indore and I had spoken to him on this matter twice, said Nath.
“Salman would be in state from April 1 to 18 to promote tourism and heritage,” said Nath, addressing a press conference here.
Nath said he had asked Salman during a conversation to do something for Madhya Pradesh as he also belonged to it. The code of conduct for Lok Sabha polls would be effective in April. The statement of Nath has hinted that Salman would also do campaigning for Congress during that period.
Modi will not be PM after LS polls
Nath, commenting on the statements of BJP leaders about Congress government losing power after Lok Sabha polls, said the results of Lok Sabha elections would come after May 15 but he would continue as Chief Minister whereas Narendra Modi would not be Prime Minister. Nath claimed that Congress will win 25 seats from the state in the Lok Sabha polls.
