Judge tosses Stormy Daniels vs. Trump lawsuit

One less legal fight for U.S. President Donald Trump.

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, claims she had an affair with the president in 2006 - claims that Trump has denied.

Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen says Daniels was paid $130,000 in order to keep her quiet in the weeks running up to the 2016 presidential race.

Daniels filed the lawsuit last year in a bid to get out of the Non-disclosure Agreement Court documents show that U.S. District Judge James Otero has dismissed the lawsuit because Trump and Cohen had already agreed not to enforce the NDA.

Daniels doesn't seem upset by the ruling In fact, she tweeted "glad I stood my ground and kept fighting." The actress has spoken openly about her alleged relationship with the president, even releasing a tell-all memoir "Full Disclosure".
