Men in Blue will take on Australia in 3rd ODI at JSCA stadium aiming to seal the series. The India team is leading the 5-match ODI series 2-0 after winning the first two games in Hyderabad and Nagpur. The 3rd ODI will be a chance for the side to win the series after losing the T20Is. Ahead of the ODI, former cricketer and expert Aakash Chopra has come up with his playing XI prediction for India and Australia. Chopra has kept KL Rahul and young Rishabh Pant out.

Chopra has selected Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan as opening pair but also cited their poor form with the bat adding that the team needs to help them to get their form back as the World Cup is coming closer.

He also mentioned Siddharth Kaul and KL Rahul and said that the duo didn’t get enough chance to prove their mettle after the T20Is. However, he added Bhuvneshwar Kumar in place of Mohammed Shami. Shami failed to impress in the 2nd ODI as he gave away more runs. While he retained spinner Ravindra Jadeja, Chopra replaced Kuldeep Yadav with Yuzvendra Chahal.
In the Australian team, Chopra said, the side might get back Jason Behrendorff in place of Nathan Lyon. Here are Chopra’s probable playing XI India vs Australia 3rd ODI:
Men in Blue playing XI: Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, Virat Kohli, Ambati Rayudu, Vijay Shankar, MS Dhoni, Kedar Jadhav, Ravindra Jadeja, Yuzvendra Chahal, Jasprit Bumrah and Bhuvneshwar Kumar
