PRF: Change in the managing board of Överumans Fisk Ab

Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen, the current substitute member of the management board of Överumans Fisk Ab (Swedish subsidiary of AS PRFoods), has submitted 08.03.2019 resignation letter from the position of substitute management board member and management board member of AS PRFoods Indrek Kasela will be elected as a new substitute management board member of Överumans Fisk Ab. Indrek Kasela owns 1,579,153 shares of AS PRFoods through a company related to him.
