Nadia Chauhan, Joint Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer of Parle Agro has her vision set on the goal of making it a Food and Beverage (F&B) company worth Rs 10,000-crore by 2020.

Today Parle Agro happens to be a multi-brand and multi-category conglomerate that has evolved over the years, irrespective of the rapid change in pace, strategy and the constant challenges in the FMCG industry.
 
 

Known for a range of edible consumer products like Frooti, Appy Fizz that have been enjoyed not only in India but globally,today Parle Agro happens to be one of the most trusted brands for the consumers in the FMCG space.
 
 

Born to an illustrious business family of Chauhans,Nadia had business in her genes as she drew passionate about it since a very young age. She enjoyed entering the company campus spending a lot of time there during her school days and was nurtured by her father eventually in the fields she showed interest in.
 
 

Although Parle looks like a name with a French influence, the company derived its name from its initial establishments way back in 1929 in vile parle east and west, that was founded by her great grandfather Mohan Lal Dayal Chauhan that was passed on to her grandfather and father Prakash Chauhan eventually. The company was later split into three namely Parle Agro, Parle Bisleri and Parle Products. Parle Agro was established in 1984 that was run by Prakash Chauhan and his daughters, wherein Nadia joined the company as part of the marketing team for the brand frooty in 2003.
 
 

As the years passed Nadia took greater responsibilities taking over R&D, Sales and Marketing departments thereby bringing transformations and introducing innovative products, developing new markets and expanding the business globally, eventually taking over as the Joint Managing Director and CMO, Parle Agro that happens to be her current role.
 
 
 

A staunch believer of gender equality Nadia Chauhan happens to be one of the most promising young business entrepreneurs who believes that there needs to be no distinction between men and women in any sphere of life or business per say, as women should show their strengths and should know how to stand strong for their beliefs rather than enjoying being vulnerable enjoying the attention that they get being a women!
