A defamation suit filed by a woman who accused former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly of harassment has been dismissed.
????Variety reports that former Fox News producer, Rachel Bernstein, said that both O’Reilly and Fox News defamed her in interviews.
????In additions to other allegations from other colleagues, Bernstein accused the former host of screaming at her.????However U.S. District Judge Deborah Batts said that Bernstein didn’t prove that she suffered harm from O'Reilly's comments.
????Batt’s said, “She neither explains how her losses flowed from the alleged defamation nor alleges any facts establishing what, if any, emotional and physical harms and reputational damage she specifically suffered.”????It was determined the Bernstein could not file another suit against FoX News but could file against O’Reilly.
