CHANDIGARH: Within a week of announcing the end of talks with Jannayak Janta Party (JJP), AAP in-charge of Haryana Navin Jaihind on Wednesday mellowed down his voice and said, "Alliance or no alliance, the brotherhood is there forever."
Last week Jaihind had announced that AAP will go all alone in Haryana.
Jaihind had referred to the issue of alliance with JJP as Hisar MP and JJP leder Dushyant Chautala too on Monday had categorically hinted towards the alliance with AAP.
Jaihind was interacting with media after making a formal announcement of seeking applications from those interested to contest Lok Sabha and Assembly elections. He said that youth, ex servicemen and media professionals, especially those are active on social media will be given the priority.
"We had expressed about our terms and conditions with JJP leaders. We would not mind in forgoing our claims in Lok Sabha and would even settle for 10 seats in Assembly, in case we get an assurance that they will wipe out BJP in the state," Navin Jaihind said.
Even during our delibrations at various levels we have even discussed the formula for weeding out Congress, BJP and INLd from Haryana. Now it is all between those at Delhi,’’ Jaihind said. Jaihind also ruled out the possibility of forging an alliance with BSP or Raj Kumar Saini led Loktantra Suraksha Party (LSP) for assembly elections.
Meanwhile, Jaihind also announced to launch a stir against the PLPA Amendment Act which was recently passed in the budget session of Haryana assembly. "Bhupinder Singh Hooda led Congress government had ate into the agricultural land while Manohar Lal Khattar led BJP government is all set to ate the forests lands of Shivaliks and Aravalis. Hence we shall start our statewide campaign," said Jaihind.
Jaihind also accused BJP of politicising the Air strikes as well as martyrdom of CRPF, Army troops and paramilitary forces. "While entire nation is mourned sacrifice of those martyred but BJP leaders were busy in encashing this on booth level meetings of party. Some of them even donned the OG," he said.
