An exquisite collection of handicrafts and apparel is on display at the Kalanjali Craft Festival at the Lignite Hall of Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Ltd.
The apparel section features khadi silk, ikkat and indigo tops besides an array of saris ranging across Kalamkari, Rajasthan Kota, Sungudi saris, Andhra handloom and Odisha cotton.
Also on display are Gujarat churidars, Rajasthani tops, duppattas, kurtas and shirts, bedspreads, Kashmiri carpets and Kashmiri Pashmina shawls.
The handicrafts section is showcasing Moradabad bronze materials and statues, Jodhpur handicrafts and furniture, Dhokra metal crafts of Odisha, Mysuru terracotta, appliqué patchworks, Pattachitra paintings, Madhubani paintings and palm leaf engravings.
For those with an eye for jewellery, there is a range of ornamental wear available.
Semi-precious stones, leather products, jute bags and embroidery are other items on display. The show concludes on March 13.
