How many of these Pisces traits do you share with Janhvi Kapoor?
Bollywood star Janhvi Kapoor celebrates her birthday on March 6. If you fall under the same zodiac sign, you may just share some of these personality traits with her

With the amount of love she receives on the internet already, it’s hard to believe that 22-year-old Janhvi Kapoor is just one film old in the industry. From her family to her wardrobe, every aspect of the actor’s life tends to end up on trending charts, but one may still not know all the finer details about her personality. In case you missed it, Janhvi Kapoor’s birthday falls on March 6, which means she belongs to the Pisces zodiac sign. If you’re of the same sign as her, read on to see how similar you actually are to the actor now.
Pisces individuals are all about creativity
Given that her parents are late film icon Sridevi and Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor, it comes as no surprise that Janhvi Kapoor’s career led her into the world of acting. But could her creative nature also have something to do with her star sign? It’s a known fact that Pisceans love all things related to emotional expression, and Kapoor’s always had a thing for theatre. “My mom and dad used to call me ‘full drama’,” she once said in an interview with DNA. “Mom had many videos of me as a kid where I was doing some dance moves, and suddenly the next moment, I was on the floor. I still have many of those videos!” In another interview Kapoor revealed she also enjoys writing. “What painting was to mom, writing is to me. I like writing poetry.”
And so naturally, they’ve got escapist tendencies
While some zodiac signs tend to sit firmly in the real world (Libra, Capricorn and Taurus, we’re talking about you), Pisces is a born dreamer. It’s not rare to see a Piscean lost in thought, and their creative mind often churns out interesting stories. “In my school days, people would think that I was schizophrenic, because I would make up these whack stories,” Kapoor told Bombay Times in an interview. “I remember, calling up my friend and saying that I am a secret agent and that I need to spy on someone in school. They would believe me. Once I told my friends that Shakira has flown down to Mumbai to personally teach me belly dancing, so now, I can teach all of you. My friends’ parents called up mom and asked, ‘You got Shakira down? How is she? That’s so cool, could you send Janhvi home so she can teach my daughter’. My mom would be amused by all my stories. I was like this comedy character at home.”
Compassion and kindness go hand in hand with this zodiac sign
One of the most admirable qualities of Pisces individuals is their generosity and kindness. Back in 2018, Janhvi Kapoor celebrated her 21st birthday just days after the untimely demise of her mother by spending a part of her day with elderly women in a care home in Mumbai. What many may not know, however, is that this is a birthday tradition that was started by Sridevi herself. The videos from Kapoor’s last birthday show her clapping along with the residents of the old age home, brightening up their day.
Pisces is amongst the most sensitive signs in the zodiac
If you happen to be friends with a Piscean, you may already know about their intuitive abilities. Pisces people are able to see beyond what’s directly in front of them, which also makes them very sensitive in nature. In Janhvi Kapoor’s case, this makes her the baby of her family, despite the fact that she’s not the youngest of the Kapoors. “[My mother] was more relaxed about Khushi getting into films,” Kapoor revealed in her very first cover story with Vogue India. “She thought I was naïve, that I wasn’t thick-skinned enough. I could always be the baby with her.” In fact, Kapoor’s younger sister Khushi tends to baby her quite often too. “Khushi is very maternal with me. Now she comes and puts me to sleep sometimes.”
What makes this zodiac sign a blast to hang out with is their quirky nature
They’re dreamy, they’re spiritual, and (surprise!) they’re completely off-beat too. If there’s one thing everyone loves about Pisceans, it’s their love for the eccentric. Thanks to Janhvi Kapoor’s imaginative tendencies, her favourite sparkly pink water bottle (you’ll see her carrying it everywhere) has its own name, ‘Chuski’, and her childhood memories are full of quirky tales too. “Mom and I used to go to the fish market to buy pomfret for dinner, and [then once] there was this really pretty orange dead fish,” she told Bollywood director Karan Johar on her very first Koffee With Karan interview. “So I’d pick it up and put it in a patila [bowl] and try to make it swim when she’s feeding me pomfret.”
