Indian Navy chief Admiral Sunil Lanba on Tuesday warned, saying reports suggested that terrorists are being trained to carry out operations through sea route. "We also have reports of terrorists being trained to carry out operations in various modus operandi, including through the medium of the sea," he said. While speaking over Pulwama terror attack at the Indo-Pacific Regional Dialogue in the national capital, Lanba said, “ The terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir was perpetuated by extremists and aided by a state which seeks to destabilise India.”
