‘AAP’s terms led to end of discussions’

MP Dushyant Chautala speaks to journalists in Hisar on Sunday.HISAR: Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) leader Dushyant Chautala on Sunday said that said that talk of alliance with AAP had to end due to the pressure and conditions put up by the Delhi-based party. At the same time he added that his party’s three-member committee would take any decision in the matter of coalition.
Talking to mediapersons in Hansi, before addressing a rally in Narnaund, the Hisar MP said, “It (alliance) will be discussed with the workers and final decision will be took place only if workers allowed.”
Responding to a question on the statement of former chief minister and his grandfather Om Prakash Chautala in the Hansi during INLD rally that after he is released from jail, he would persuade those angry with INLD after, Dushyant said that he was completely focused on his own party, JJP.
He said that JJP got its registration certificate and poll symbal from the Election Commission on March 1.
He said that soon the Lok Sabha elections were going to be announced and BJP could also announce to hold the Haryana assembly elections simultaneously. “Our party and workers are ready for both the elections. By March end, the party will have three million members. We are capable of contesting the 10 Lok Sabha seats and 90 assembly seats on our own,” he added.
He said that after the Pulwama terror attack the Prime Minister was changing the direction of the issue. “Wg Cdr Abhinandan is hero of the whole country but BJP has made him only Tamil Nadu hero,” he added.
While addressing a rally in Narnaund’s grain market, Dushyant said that although finance minister Capt Abhimanyu is the representative of Narnaund constituency but he was engaged in developing his business rather than the area.
