As part of his campaign for the Lok Sabha elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi would address a public meeting at Nutan Vidyalaya Grounds in Kalaburagi on Wednesday.

Addressing a media conference here on Sunday, N. Ravikumar, general secretary of the State unit of the BJP and member of Legislative Council, said that Mr. Modi would land at the Bidar Airbase by 10.30 a.m. on Wednesday and from there, he would fly by helicopter to Kalaburagi.

“The Prime Minister would first participate in two government programmes — one organised by Indian Oil Corporation, a Union government undertaking, and the other by the Union government to facilitate his interaction with Ayushman Bharat beneficiaries. The venue for interaction with Ayushman Bharat beneficiaries would be decided by the district administration. The Prime Minister would then address a public meeting at Nutan Vidyalaya Grounds at 11.40 a.m. We are expecting a huge crowd from Bidar, Kalaburagi and Raichur Lok Sabha constituencies. The Prime Minster would leave for Tamil Nadu after the public meeting,” he said.
