HC upheld life sentence of Surlikar murder convicts

The High Court on Monday upheld the life sentence of Convicts Rhan Dungat, Shankar Tiwari and Ryan Pinto who were found guilty of murder, kidnapping for ransom, causing disappearance of evidence among other things in the Mandar Surlikar murder case.Mandar was killed after his father refused to pay a 50 lakh ransom Surlikar was murdered in 2006.
