NEW DELHI: The Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has issued a recruitment notification. As per the notification, candidates are invited for the recruitment to the pots of Stenographer.

All the eligible and interested candidates can apply for the Steno vacancies of BSSC on the official website- bssc.bih.nic.in


There are a total of 326 BSSC Stenographer post vacancies notified by BSSC.

Eligibility Criteria for BSSC Stenographer Recruitment 2019:

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates who have passed their class 12th from a recognised educational institute can apply for the BSSC vacancies.


Age Limit:

Candidates can apply if they have:

• Minimum Age: 18 Years

• Maximum Age (Male): 37 Years

• Maximum Age (Female): 40 Years

• For OBC/ BC (Male/ Female): 40 Years

• For SC/ ST (Male/ Female): 42 Years

Application Fee:

• An application fee of Rs 600 is to be submitted by the candidates. Payment Mode is online by using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.

• Application fee for SC/ST candidates of Bihar and PWD candidates is Rs 150.
