Kick off the Summer Season With a Big Green Egg Barbecue at PB&G at Four Seasons Resort Orlando

The delectable buffet menu will include charred watermelon salad and baked potato salad, pecan smoked beef brisket, chili lime kurobuta baby-back ribs, pork belly “burnt end” sliders, carved wagyu ribeye, wagyu flank steak, tri-tip steak, a pulled pork taco bar with all the fixings, veggie kebobs, macaroni and cheese, Mexican street corn, baked beans, assorted breads and housemade barbecue sauces, and more.  A separate kids’ buffet will include hot dogs, chicken fingers, waffle fries, macaroni and cheese, peas and carrots, and fresh fruit.  Desserts featured include strawberry shortcake with vanilla whipped cream, banana cream pie, chocolate mousse, raspberry coulis, and more.  A selection of whiskey, bourbon and local craft beers plus non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase.

 

In addition to the gourmet buffet, guests can enjoy demonstrations of grilling techniques on the Big Green Egg, and lawn games such as corn hole and ladder toss. The event is USD 55 per adult and USD 25 per child (age 10 and younger).
