The tumor microenvironment is a complex system that is challenging to decode with current standard analyses. Join this live webinar to learn how a tissue-based, multiplex immunohistochemistry (IHC) approach can deliver comprehensive profiling with the help of advanced technology in artificial intelligence.
TORONTO (PRWEB) March 04, 2019
The interaction of tumor cells and the tumor microenvironment (TME) is a highly complex, heterogeneous system, and individual for each patient. Multiple biomarkers can help improve our understanding, but current standard analysis tests are limited by the insights they can reveal. A tissue-based, multiplex immunohistochemistry (IHC) approach can deliver comprehensive profiling with the help of advanced technology in artificial intelligence (AI).
In this live webinar, participants will learn from three case studies using various AI-based approaches to gain insights from multi-biomarker analysis. In the first, an improved signature discovery observed with a unique biomarker combination with be discussed, followed by a panel study of seven standardized multiplexed markers that segregate non-small cell lung cancer patients into six categories and describes different immune profiles. The last study on prostate cancer shows how integrating multiplex IHC image analysis with genomic information improves patient stratification.
Join Ingrid Braenne, Ph.D., Team Manager Exploratory Data Science at Definiens AG on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 to explore the strengths of multi-biomarker analysis combined with AI and much more. There will be 2 live broadcasts at 9am EDT (1pm GMT) and 2pm EDT.
