YAD to hold rally in Ludhiana on March 11

YAD district chief Meetpal Singh Dugri told TOI that Bikram Singh Majithia is expected to address the rally.
Dugri said that the rally at Dana Mandi on Gill Road will sound the poll bugle.
Dugri said the Congress government has failed to fulfill any of its poll promises in the past two years.
