AAP announces candidates for six Lok Sabha seats in Delhi

NEW DELHI: Delhi AAP convener Gopal Rai on Saturday announced the names of party candidates for six of the seven Lok Sabha seats in Delhi. Rai said the party was yet to take a call on the West Delhi seat.

"The party has decided to field Pankaj Gupta from Chandni Chowk, Dilip Pandey from North East Delhi, Atishi from East Delhi, Brajesh Goel from New Delhi, Gugan Singh from North West Delhi and Raghav Chadha from South Delhi," Rai said.




The six candidates were earlier appointed as in charge on the respective Lok Sabha seats.


The announcement marks the end of speculation of the party's tie-up with the Congress for the Lok Sabha polls.
