India no longer helpless in wake of terror, says PM ModiROUGH CUT - NO REOPRTER NARRATION Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday (March 01) said that India was no longer helpless in the wake of terror and pledged to curtail the influence of terrorism. Modi, who faces a general election in a matter of months, made the statement while addressing a public rally in India's southern Kanyakumari city.
