'Ultra rare' Coles mini collectibles are being sold online for thousands of dollars with desperate shoppers prepared to splurge on the new set of figurines.
The supermarket chain's latest collection, the Fresh Stikeez, has captivated shoppers since launching on February 13.
Shoppers are given one of the colourful 24 mini fruit and vegetables collectibles for every $30 spent in store.
Coles will also award shoppers a $100 voucher if they get their hands on the rarest collectible - a golden banana called Billy.

An Ebay listing, which was posted to Facebook, showed the rare figurine was on sale for $12,900 and 45 people had put in a bid
The elusive figurine has been difficult to catch and business-minded shoppers have begun to sell Billy online in a bid to make an extra buck.
The sought-after golden banana can set back a collector upwards of $5000 with one brave consumer understood to have dropped $12,000.
An Ebay listing, which was posted to Facebook, showed the rare figurine was on sale for $12,900 and 45 people had put in a bid, Yahoo7 reported. The confirmed sale price is not known.
Billy was also up for grabs on Gumtree with a price tag of $5000.
Another Ebay advertisement is selling the rare banana for $3000 and is offering the bidder free shipping.

A glow-in-the-dark cucumber is also a limited edition figurine released by Coles and available online through resale.
The Stikeez campaign is designed to make healthy eating fun, with the 24 mini fruit and vegetables to collect.
All the collectables have names, with some titled after real-life Coles producers.
The Stikeez campaign follows the supermarket giant's Little Shops promotion which caused cult-like chaos last July.
Woolworths followed suit and launched a range Disney-themed collectable Scrabble tiles called 'Disney Words by Woolworths'.
