Notification of Board Change
G4S plc, the global integrated security company, announces that John Daly, a non-executive director, has informed the company that he will retire from the board at the conclusion of the company’s 2019 Annual General Meeting.
John Connolly, chairman of the board, said:
“John has contributed much to the board and to the board’s Remuneration and Audit Committees during his time with the company and I am very grateful for all that he has done. The Nomination Committee is in the process of seeking candidates for a new non-executive director role.”
