IT’S SUPERCAR SILLY season. Every year before the Geneva motor show (March 7-17), exotic auto makers whip up the press with access to the show’s newsmakers. Such is the case with our guest, the McLaren 600LT Spider ($306,000, as tested), the open-air version of the British speed shop’s coltish club racer.
