A six-year-old girl was forced into gang rape involving her mother, stepfather and two other men before being plied with meth, it has been revealed.
Tracey Coulter, 51, one of the men who took part in the 'depraved' sexual abuse received an unprecedented 21-year prison sentence for his crimes, Perth Now reported.
The heinous nature of the abuse, said to be among the worst in Western Australia's history, can only be revealed after a suppression order on identifying Coulter was lifted by the court.

Coulter is reported to have met the girl's mother and stepfather as 'swingers' before the child was abused by the group between 2012 and 2013.
The girl, who was then aged between six and seven, was forced to watch porn, smoke a pipe believed to contain meth, and shower with the adults.
She was forced to watch and partake in sex acts with the group, some of which was recorded, Perth Now reported.
Judge Bruce Goetze said the abuse was 'indefensible' on Friday, adding it was among the worst Western Australia's courts had seen.
'This was depraved and perverted conducted inflicted on a young child … (you behaved with a) perverted and warped sense of desire and carnal lust,' Judge Goetze said.

'It was indefensible, depraved and despicable conduct.'
The abuse occurred on three ocassions, with the final episode taking place on the girl's seventh birthday as part of what her stepfather called a 'birthday suprise'.
The following year, in 2014, another episode of abuse occurred.
Eventually a USB stick containing recordings of the abuse was found by a member of the public at a short-stay rental and handed into police, who began the investigation.
