A man has been found guilty of rape after he inserted a dirty beer bottle into a stripper's vagina at a buck's party.
Kevin Glenn Willcocks, 41, from the Northern Territory, remained in custody following the verdict made by the jury at his retrial on Thursday.
The jury sent a note to Justice Mildren saying that a decision couldn't be made but he urged them to persist, NT News, reported.
His barrister Mark Thomas told the court the rape involved 'unusual factual circumstances'.

Willcocks pleaded not guilty, and the jury sitting on his first trial last year were unable to reach a decision.
The 41-year-old alleged things 'got out of hand' during the topless waitresses 'triple X dildo show' in June, NT News reported.
During the $1,000 show, the 36-year-old performer projected five-inch sex toys towards the groom and then Willcocks, who caught one of them.

It is alleged Willcocks was handing the dildo back to the woman but instead inserted the beer bottle he was holding into her vagina.
It is claimed he told police he did not have consent from the woman to commit the act.
Willcocks will return to court Friday morning for sentencing.
