Bhave said that the changing business dynamics, people and employee engagement are bringing a new perspective and this paradigm shift is creating new challenges to future HR managers and the society at large.

“New business approaches will be the foundation of future businesses. Corporates would like men and women not only to work continuously but also to work as a catalyst for future business and therefore, they will be at the centre or core of future businesses,” Bhave said.
