90% wear helmets due to Traffic Sentinel: Sudin

Most of the MLAs of all the parties had attacked the unique and nationally acclaimed Traffic Sentinal scheme of Goa government. But Transport Minister Sudin Dhavalikar continues to justify it. He has promised to review it. But not to stop. He has also announced 50% concession for the senior citizens in inter-state KTC buses.
