PIL in HC over RTI charge hike admitted

Congress spokesperson Trajano D’Mello public interest litigation in the High Court over the charge of 50 rupees per page for information under the Right to Information Act was admitted on Wednesday.The High Court directed the Revenue Department to maintain a separate register of people who apply for information under the RTI Act and charged 50 rupees per page.
