Coca-Cola India appoints Nishi Kulshreshtha Chaturvedi as new HR head

Coca-Cola India on Thursday announced the appointment of Nishi Kulshreshtha Chaturvedi as its Vice President, Human Resources, India and South West Asia.

She will lead talent recruitment and advancement, performance enablement and leadership development functions for the company in India and the South-West Asia region.

In a statement, T Krishnakumar, President, Coca-Cola India and South West Asia, said, “ We at Coca-Cola are committed to developing and nurturing internal talent. We’re looking forward to Nishi’s leadership in developing resilient leaders for the company who can withstand the rapidly-evolving external environment and serve as role models for the next generations.”

Chaturvedi — who has over 20 years experience in the HR field — joined the beverages major in 2012 as National Head, Human Resources, in Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd.

In her previous role, as the Director, Workplace Accountability, she was pivotal in overseeing the implementation of the Coca-Cola Human & Workplace Rights, the company added.
