Youth should question parliamentarians: Modi

"I believe the youth should raise questions. They should question the Opposition leaders over poor productivity of the Rajya Sabha, which was only eight per cent in the last session when the Interim Budget was passed.

"The productivity of the outgoing 16th Lok Sabha, where the government enjoys a big majority, was 85 per cent," said while addressing the National Youth Parliament Festival 2019.
