Commercial flight operations resume: DGCA

Commercial flights resumed at all Indian airports after being suspended on Wednesday, an with the of Civil (DGCA) said.

According to the official, the "Notice to Airmen" (Notam) issued by the Air Traffic Control (ATC) has been withdrawn.

Earlier in the day, several airports across were closed for commercial operations as the facilities were being used by the Indian (IAF).

No commercial operations took place at these airports from early morning hours. Several flights had either been diverted or put on hold.

"Due to airspace restrictions, flights to and from Amritsar, Srinagar, and are currently on hold. Customers are requested to check flight status before commencing their journey to the airport," Air Vistara had tweeted.

With the opening of the airspace, commercial flights have resumed to Jammu, Leh, Srinagar, Amritsar, Pathankot, Dharamsala, Kullu, and airports.
