More than a dozen pups are shown giving the cat their undivided attention until the owner of the crew removes the feline from the fray.
The adorable footage was filmed in Taiyuan City in Shanxi Province on February 23.
The video starts with the pups surrounding the cat in a corner, near what looks like it might be an open door.
The cat can be seen alternating between popping its up above the crowd of canines and ducking down to cover its head.
The scrum then briefly moves back from the camera, toward a small cage just a few feet away.

The puppies are apparently confused by this, and don't seem to know how to walk down the stair to get to the cat again, so the cat is left alone for the moment.
Once there, it becomes incredibly calm, holding court in its own little space away from all of the excitement.
