Quite a bit has been leaked and rumoured about OPPO’s upcoming F-series smartphone called OPPO F11 Pro so far. Most recently, the handset’s live images were leaked to show dual-rear cameras on the back and the implementation of selfie camera in the middle of the top edge. Now, ahead of its launch on March 5th in India, the OPPO F11 Pro has allegedly been spotted on benchmarking site Geekbench. The listing reveals chipset, RAM, and software details, which are in line with the previous leak.
As per Geekbench, OPPO CPH1969 – the codename for OPPO F11 Pro – will rock MediaTek’s octa-core Helio P70 chipset mated with 6GB of RAM. The combination helped the device yield 1,573 points in the single-core test and 5,844 points in the multi-core test. Comparing the results with Realme U1 — another Helio P70-powered smartphone, the OPPO’s phone did reasonably well. The OPPO F11 Pro is said to boot Android 9 Pie out of the box.
Going by previous leaks, the OPPO F11 Pro will rock a 48-megapixel (Samsung ISOCELL GM1) primary rear camera with f/1.8 lens, accompanied by a 5MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The elevating front camera is expected to be a 16-megapixel f/2.0 selfie shooter. On the display front, the phone will reportedly come with a 6.5-inch display with full HD+ resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Powering the device could be a massive 4,000mAh battery with OPPO’s VOOC 3.0 fast charging support.
Lastly, the OPPO F11 Pro price is tipped to around Rs 25,000 and Rs 27,000, which will make it a direct competitor to its arch-rival Vivo’s V15 Pro (review) smartphone. The latter retails for Rs 28,990 in India.
