'Come out here b***h, I'm going to kill you': Driver's sickening threats to an elderly woman after she left him a note asking him to stop parking illegally

A driver threatened to kill an elderly woman after she called him out for parking illegally for the 94th day in a row.
Ashok Kumar, 52, tried to bash his 72-year-old neighbour's door down with a wooden object after she reminded him it was illegal to park outside a garage at their Narwee unit complex in Sydney's south on December 14.
Kumar began screaming at his neighbour and pounded on her door in separate attacks after he read a note saying: '14/12/18, still here, as usual, illegally parked again'.
'Come out here, you b****h, I'm going to kill you,' the accused yelled out, St George Shire Standard reported.

The 72-year-old had to lean against the door because she believed Kumar could have used force to break it down.
Kumar initially told police he wasn't at the unit during the attack.

But officers found video footage of the incident via Facebook Messenger when they searched his phone.
'I don't like to scare her, she's like my mother,' the accused stated after he was asked if he had spoken to the victim about the note she left.
Police said the incident left the victim fearful he could try to get into her apartment.
The accused pleaded guilty to one charge of intimidation, sentenced to a two-year community corrections order and fined $2,000 at Sutherland Local Court.
