New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft was formally charged with soliciting prostitution, one of nearly two dozen people nabbed in a human-trafficking sting that targeted massage parlors in Florida.
Officials said they have video of Kraft visiting the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida and paying for sex acts on two occasions.
On Monday (February 25), Palm Beach County prosecutor David Aronberg outlined the possible consequences.

A spokesperson for 77-year-old billionaire said the owner denies engaging in any illegal activity.
The charges allege Kraft made one of his visits the morning of January 20, then in the evening attended the AFC championship game between the Patriots and the Chiefs in Kansas City.
The New England Patriots are the NFL's current dominant franchise, winning their fifth Super Bowl last month.
Kraft and the other defendants were charged as part of a statewide probe into human trafficking, which Aronberg said is still underway.

This is about enabling a network of criminals to traffic women into our country for forced labor and sex." The NFL released a statement on Monday saying everyone, including team owners, were bound by the League’s personal conduct policy.
“We will take appropriate action as warranted based on the facts,” the statement said.
Kraft was issued a court date on April 24.
Because the charge is a misdemeanor, he doesn’t need to appear, and a lawyer can represent him instead.
