ATLANTA, Feb. 26, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Intradiem, the leading provider of contact center robotic process automation (RPA), today launched the Contact Center Automation Innovator Award (CCAI) designed to recognize industry visionaries who are leading with automation in the advancement and success of modernizing the contact center.
