'People need to realise that this is just a reality TV show! And whilst I’ve accepted that not everyone is going to like me. I will not stand for racism towards my ethnicity,' Cyrell began in the post.

She continued: 'I’m a loud mouth, opinionated and fiery person. Call me every name under the sun but you stoop (to) a new low when you hurt or discriminate my family, my friends and my background.

'To the wonderful Lauren, thank you for showing Australia what a genuine soul is like.'

The Sydney-based star went on to accuse her co-star, Martha Kalifatidis of contributing to the online abuse after she referred to Cyrell as a 'wild animal' in a recent interview with TV WEEK

'Unfortunately these racist comments were also made by fellow contestants (Martha) calling me a 'Wild Animal' in recent interviews.'

'A fan page has also witnessed racism towards me from her friends,' she claimed.

'There’s two sides to every story folks. And not everyone is as innocent as they look. Before you point your fingers towards me, make sure your hands are clean. Shame on any RACIST dogs out there. Educate yourself a little!' Cyrell concluded.

Meanwhile earlier on Monday, Lauren exposed an offensive comment made by a follower on the photo-sharing app.

In the accompanying screenshot, it is revealed a user referred to Cyrell as an 'ape looking woman that has no respect.'

'In 2019 this behaviour is unacceptable. I will not stand by and watch racism occur, particularly to my friend. No one should be given a derogatory name because of their ethnicity. This sort of behaviour disgusts me,' Lauren captioned the screenshot.

Meanwhile during Tuesday night's episode of MAFS, Cyrell violently attacked co-star, Martha during one of the show's most explosive scenes ever.

Producers were forced to step in and drag Cyrell from Martha, 30, but found themselves in the firing line as she then threw a large ceramic fruit bowl at them.

A furious Cyrell then packed her bags and fled the show while telling her 'husband' Nic Jovanovic to 'get the f*** away from me'.

The fight occurred after Cyrell found out Martha had asked Nic about a rumour that he'd touched Jessika Power's leg at the last dinner party.
