Most wanted gangster mocks police, flaunts his ‘good life’

KaushalGURUGRAM: The prime suspect in the murder of a property dealer two days ago, and for whose arrest a protest march was taken out in the city on Monday, is smiling back at police from mobile screens in a You-Tube video, sometimes with guns pointed at the camera, and at others living it up in Pattaya, Thailand’s popular tourist destination where he is now believed to be based.
The video, which “celebrates” the life of gangster Kaushal (38) is a brazen challenge to the police, who have been on his trail since he jumped parole in 2016 but not been able to arrest him. It was uploaded by the user ‘Nkg G’ on December 30 last year.
It is a collage of past stills of Kaushal and his gang members, including some in Thailand, and media clippings of his gang’s shootouts and extortion calls since December 2016, and appears to be inspired by other such videos posted by his gangsters in Delhi.
It shows Kaushal and his henchmen flashing guns and bullets.
