PITTSBURGH, Feb. 25, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- "There have been many times when I have left the house without being prepared for inclement weather," said an inventor from Staten Island, N.Y. "I forgot my umbrella and got soaking wet. This inspired me to invent a way to keep myself from ever forgetting my umbrella again."
He developed the SMART UMBRELLA to remind the user to take an umbrella when inclement weather is forecast. The design keeps the user from forgetting an umbrella or leaving it behind somewhere. This makes sure that the individual remains dry and protected in the event of a rainstorm. It also ensures that the umbrella is not lost or forgotten, which offers added peace of mind. Additionally, the umbrella includes additional features for extra convenience.
The original design was submitted to the New Jersey sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
