Three more Ministers, Ch. Malla Reddy, V. Srinivas Goud and Koppula Eshwar, took charge on Sunday. The trio was among the 10 Ministers inducted into the Cabinet by Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao during the recent Cabinet expansion.
Mr. Malla Reddy, who has been entrusted with the Labour, Employment and Women and Child Welfare portfolios, said he would strive to see that KCR Kits, the first-of-its-kind initiative of the Chief Minister, was implemented more effectively and ensure a wider reach.
Mr. Srinivas Goud, who was made Excise, Sports and Youth Services Minister, said he would work hard to ensure that benefits like ₹6 lakh ex-gratia would reach families of toddy tappers who die in harness as also to those who suffer permanent disabilities.
