Physics paper: Slow to begin with, tough to analyze
tnn | Feb 26, 2019, 05:19 ISTNagpur: The HSC physics paper was a mixed bag for students with some finding it a bit tough while others claimed it was lengthy. Monday marked the start of major papers of all streams of HSC with physics being the first from science stream.
Julie Suneri, a student of SFS College, said “The paper was quite tough overall, because the questions were quite lengthy. It took a lot of time to solve them. Question no. 2 was the easiest while question no. 1 was the toughest because it was the starting.”
Siddharth Agrawal, a student of Sandipani, said “It wasn’t that tough but quite lengthy with question no. 2 being the easiest.” Ayush Mukhi of Hislop College said, “The question paper was easy, though a few things were confusing at first.” Shikha Trivedi, a student of Hislop College said, “It was very easy for me and question no. 2 was the easiest. Question no. 1 took a lot of time. It was slow at the starting. It was very lengthy and needed one more hour to solve.”
“It was very tough as everything was to be solved. Question no. 1 was the hardest but with time, we understood the paper pattern,” Aliza Apenkar, a student of SFS College, said. Ruchi Agase of LAD College said, “The paper was difficult as expected. The numerical section was the toughest of all.”
Nihar Bhoyar of Shivaji Science College said, “At first, I was terrified, but then slowly I analyzed the whole paper and got comfortable. Yes, it was lengthy and not so easy, but I can say it was satisfactory as I did my best.”
Anirudh Banerjee of Somalwar College said, “I was concerned about the physics paper. It is a major and of course a difficult subject. I would say my exam wasn’t that good.”
“We all know that Std XII is the most difficult and I am not at all satisfied with my performance. For me, section D was the most difficult,” Sagar Agashe, a student of New English College, said.
Hemanshu Akhare, another student of New English College, said, “Before the exam, I had goosebumps and was stressed, but now I feel so much better as I answered every question. Section B was a bit time-consuming, but still I managed to complete my paper on time.”
