Congress throws coal on GSPCB Chairman

A Congress delegation met the Goa Sate Pollution Control Board chairman on Monday. And things got a bit dramatic. The delegation emptied a bag of coal to make their point.Congress along with other social activists were up in arms over the Board allowing Coal handling being restarted in the state Their demand was to stop coal handling in MPT. People had claimed that the Goa State Pollution Control Board is ignoring the issue. It is not monitoring the pollution and coal handling is taking place violating the norms.
