Nagpur: Commerce stream started its foray in HSC board exam with the important secretarial practice paper on Monday.
Hasib Ali, a student of RS Mundle College, said, “The paper was tougher than what I expected, especially the second half as it was a bit lengthy for me.”

Ketan Bobde, a student of Santaji Mahavidyalaya said, “It wasn’t too tough, but I missed the last few questions as the paper was too lengthy. I wish I could have more time. But overall, I’m quite satisfied with my performance.” Suraj Banjara, another student of RS Mundle School, said, “The difficulty level was average. But, there were so many questions to attempt in limited time. For me, the first half was the easiest as compared to the other half of the paper.”

Pranay Barabatre, a student of Sevasadan College, said, “I always carry my watch with me so that I can keep track of time. For me, the paper wasn’t lengthy at all and it was quite easy because I already knew the answers.”

Shrusthi Bhajbhuje of LAD College said, “I had to spend a lot of time in completing the first half and that’s why I found it difficult to complete the paper on time.” Jasraj Jolly of Hislop College said, “It was medium as it was a mix of expected as well as not-so-expected questions. Differentiation part was the easiest. Short answer-type questions were the toughest and time consuming. There were no errors in the question paper.”

“Overall, the paper was easy because all the questions were mainly from the paper of previous two years. The MCQs and the differentiates were not as hard as expected. Answer in short notes was the toughest part. The question-answer section was time-consuming, mainly the short answer types. The paper was big but not lengthy and could be easily completed in three hours,” said Yojana Mohata, a student of Hislop College.

Devika Chavhan, another student of Hislop College, said, “For me, the paper was easy as I could attempt all the questions. True or false with reasons was pretty easy. I didn’t find anything tough; it was straightforward and easy. The last question, which was of 10 marks, was a little time-consuming. Yes, it was a little lengthy but there were no errors.”

Kevin Thomas of Hislop College said, “I thought it was easy and a bit lengthy. The objectives were supposed to have long answers. True and false with reason was lengthy too.”

“It was easy. Short answer and ‘distinguish between’ questions were the easy parts. The last question, which was the letter, was the toughest,” said Gaurav Sharma, a student of GH Raisoni College.
