A man has died after he was involved in an altercation with another man in the NSW central tablelands.
The 64-year-old man was found unconscious by officers at a unit block on Bonner Street in Kelso in Bathurst, New South Wales at around 5pm on Monday.
NSW Ambulance paramedics performed CPR on the man at the scene for around 40 minutes before he was rushed to Bathurst Hospital where he later died.

A 35-year-old man was arrested at the scene and was taken to Bathurst Police Station where he is assisting with inquiries, a police statement read.
A spokeswoman for NSW Police has revealed the altercation was in the common area of the unit complex, not inside a home, the Sydney Morning Telegraph reports.
A crime scene has been established at the complex while investigations continue by officers from Chifley Police District
