On Sunday night's episode of Married at First Sight, Sam Ball realised the consequences of his 'affair' with Ines Basic.
The 28-year-old Ines has been bombarding him with messages, Sam claims, and making dark comments including that she cannot go on without him.
The tradie said to camera: ' I basically got messages saying, you know, she wants to leave the experiment, hasn't wanted to be with anyone ever so bad in her life.

'Calling me "bub" all the time, and saying, "Can I come home with you after this? "I don't want to be without you."'

The messages had been incessant and Sam was troubled that Ines could see a clear future between them.
'It just keeps going on and on. That she'd live in a bin and, you know, all this sort of stuff. Like, "I'm horny." "Bub, I want to see you. "Where are you? Where are you staying? I want to come over."

'I haven't spent enough time with Ines to be able to promise her the world and that's what she wants. Having just met a girl and she's sending me messages saying, "I'll die if I'm not with you" is pretty full on.

'That sort of stuff scared me a lot. Ines needed someone who's probably gonna be very clingy and very obsessed with her. I think Ines has fallen for me.'
But Sam said while he is attracted to Ines, he is not sure that he sees any future for them outside the experiment.
Ines on the other hand, has been determined to hook Sam since they had a clandestine evening together while Sam's 'wife' Elizabeth was away.
