It shouldn’t be a spoiler that the Game of Thrones finale will get a little wild.

Star Emilia Clarke talked to Ryan Seacrest on the 2019 Oscars red carpet, dropping hints about how fans will feel after watching the highly anticipated series finale in May. The eighth and final season of the HBO show premieres April 14.

“Shock. I just think there’s going to be a lot of, it’s going to be huge, that much everyone needs to know,” said Clarke, 32. “It took us a very long time to film. There’s going to be some things in this last one that’s going to shock people.”

Clarke has played Daenerys Targaryen, who is making a bid for the famous Iron Throne, since the show premiered in April 2011. The final season finds her finally making strides to reclaim the throne for her family alongside Jon Snow.

Clarke said she didn’t steal anything from the set before wrapping production.

“I’m such a goody two shoes. People were watching me!” she said. “I tried to throw some things under the wig, throw them in my bag, nothing!”

One thing she’ll always have to remember her time on the show is a tattoo to commemorate her role as mother of dragons. Clarke debuted the ink of three dragons flying on her right wrist back in September.

The 91st Academy Awards are broadcasting live from Los Angeles on Sunday, Feb. 24 at 8:00 p.m. ET/5:00 p.m. PT on ABC.
